Who we are........

Mark has a degree in Hotel & Catering Management and a Masters in Business Management. He started his career managing Gidleigh Park Hotel in Devon, the first hotel outside London to gain a Michelin-star.

He worked in the wine trade whilst studying for his MBA, and then moved on to become a corporate trainer, delivering courses to FTSE100 companies world-wide. 

In 2006 he decided to leave the traveling and corporate world behind and over the next 2-3 years learnt his skills in joinery and cabinet making, eventually starting his own business in Warwickshire, hand-making kitchens and other joinery projects. 8 years later he moved to Worcestershire and Mark Ellis interiors began.

As well as her management and HR background, Jean has run her own catering business and spent 5 years designing and planning commercial kitchens and selling to the catering trade. She joined Mark in the business in 2015. 

Our Values......

We know we face a lot of competition, especially in the kitchen-fitting market. However, we believe we have a unique and genuine offering that has been tried and successfully tested for the last 10 years and so we continue to operate our business based on some basic but fundamental core principles:

 

  • We always aim to do business in an ethical and fair way that brings mutual benefits to our customers, partner suppliers and any sub-contractor or person that works with us.

 

  • We will always provide and quote a fair and true price to our customers. We will not offer false discounts, half price gimmicks or 'free' appliance 'give aways' that are misleading. What you get from us is a fair and honest price for the work involved.

 

  • We will always return calls, be honest with availability, and respond promptly to genuine enquiries.

 

  • We do not make false promises. If we cannot meet your requirements or time-frame we will be honest enough to tell you.

 

  • We usually at least match, if not beat, the price of many national retailers on a direct comparison basis. All we ask is that you give us the opportunity to quote.
